چکیده
Beans are one of the most important foods for majority world's population, and Brazil is third largest producer. This production can be affected by pests diseases, such as gray stem rot, caused fungus Macrophomina phaseolina, which difficult to control due low efficiency chemical products. One viable alternatives use microorganisms and/or secondary metabolites pathogen promote plant growth. The objective this work was test antagonistic action filtrate cave bacteria against M. phaseolina growth common bean. To determine period infection phytopathogen, a severity carried out, subsequently bacteria, identified IS22, applied at different times inoculation phytopathogen in bean BRS Esteio. Plant height, fresh dry weight shoots, root length, roots were evaluated. did not manifest symptoms plant, but relation promotion bean, provided significant increase analyzed variables from V3 stage. It concluded that tested promising biostimulant market.

Macrophomina phaseolina is one of the deadliest necrotrophic fungal pathogens that infect more than 500 plant species including major food, fiber, and oil crops all throughout the globe. It secretes a cocktail of ligninolytic enzymes along with other hydrolytic enzymes for degrading the woody lignocellulosic plant cell wall and penetrating into the host tissue. Among them, lignin peroxidase has...
